Our Beliefs

At Baby Steps, we are deeply committed to one goal: providing unwavering support to Student-Moms facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Our approach is rooted in compassion and a desire to see every Student-Mom graduate—without any strings attached.

What We Believe

1. Serve with No Ulterior Agenda

Baby Steps exists to empower the Student-Mom in front of us. We meet them where they are and strive to love and support Student-Moms in extraordinary ways.

We know that trust is built on genuine care, and our team actively works to ensure every Student-Mom feels respected, welcomed, and supported regardless of her background, religious beliefs, or political opinions.

2. Build Trusted University Relationships

Our non-faith-based and non-politically affiliated stance allows us to build strong, trusted relationships with universities. By working together with key offices and student services, we can better serve the unique needs of Student-Moms. These established relationships ensure that Baby Steps remains an accessible and reliable source of support for Student-Moms across campuses.

In a world that is divisive, Baby Steps aims to bridge the gap and unite people from all walks of life. Our supporters come together to support a common goal: empowering Student-Moms

By linking arms with passionate individuals with various beliefs and backgrounds, we aim to create a society where college students facing an unplanned pregnancy can have both their education and their baby. We are proud to say that Baby Steps confidently brings people together to provide essential resources for Student-Moms that many college campuses currently lack.

3. Bridge the Gap

Far too many students face unplanned pregnancies alone or in silence, and our goal is to create lasting change by offering real, tangible support when it's needed most.

Our Vision for Baby Steps

We envision a culture of empowerment that changes the way universities, communities, and society as a whole respond to and support Student-Moms across the nation. Through our Hubs, we’re creating an environment where a student facing an unplanned pregnancy is no longer defined by her circumstances but empowered to thrive.

We invite you to stand with us in creating a culture of compassion and empowerment. Whether you're a Student-Mom, a supporter, or an advocate, we believe that together, we can make a difference.
